On a beautiful sunny afternoon, the children of Graffham Infant School gathered at Graffham Recreation Ground for a lively and joyful Sports Day. The field was filled with excitement as pupils took part in a range of fun events, including an obstacle course, egg and spoon race, sack race, running race, cross country, and vortex throwing.
Parents and families came out in great numbers to cheer on the children, creating a warm and supportive atmosphere. The Friends of Graffham and Duncton (FGD) added to the festive spirit by serving refreshing drinks, delicious cakes, and ice cream—perfect for a sunny summer’s day.
It was a wonderful afternoon of sunshine, smiles, and sportsmanship, and a lovely celebration of the school community.
